Our Revival Chicago, LLC announced its plan to resurrect and redevelop the long-dormant Ramova Theater and Ramova Grill on South Halsted Street. Recognizing the potential of this historic building, the plans have been enthusiastically supported by the community of Bridgeport, Chicago city officials, and Alderman Patrick Thompson.

This project will include:

•  A live music and entertainment venue made possible by a partnership with an admired Chicago Grammy-winning artist.

•  An on-site brewery recognized as one of the best in the world.

•  The Ramova Grill, operated by a Michelin Star chef and beloved Bridgeport resident.

 

The Ramova will offer an ever-changing selection of live performances, community events, and world class food and beer. We’ll capture the spirit of Chicago as we help create a new gathering place for The South Side.

Escala Capital is an early partner and lead equity investor in the project. For the past year, we’ve consulted Our Revival Chicago on the deal structure as well as with the equity and debt financing strategy. Most importantly, we’ve worked to source a diverse and independent group of investors that represents the amazing communities of Chicago.
